We often take our health for granted and only when we get ill or feel pain do we acknowledge our bodies.
Things such as lifestyle choices and diet play a large role in how we operate as a whole.
But because we operate on autopilot for the most part, it can be tricky to take the time and energy to feed our minds and bodies the necessary nutrients it needs to operate well.
It is for this very reason that we need guidance and support. Today we are celebrating our very own Durbanite, Wanda du Toit.

Having had to conquer her own health battles over the years, she has learnt that healing naturally is possible.

When it comes to meal planning, her advice is to make sure what you are planning is easy for you and sustainable as a lifestyle choice.
Being organised is a key factor in meal planning, because it sets the tone for the consistency it takes to follow. Plus you don't shop unnecessarily.
