The Big Favour throws a big party

Colette wrote to The Big Favour asking if there was anything we could do to help make her niece's 16th birthday a special one.

Colette says Tia has not had a birthday celebration in years.

To make matters even more difficult, Tia's mother had a stroke recently, which means she is in and out of hospital regularly.

As a result, Tia does all the housework after school and is seldom allowed to really be a teenager. 

With the constant medical bills, there is no money left for any sort of birthday celebration.

"All I want is for Tia to have the 16th birthday she deserves. She is a super child," says Colette.

Well, thanks to the wonderful people at Galleria and Arbour Crossing Retail Centre, a dream birthday party is exactly what Tia is going to get.
