WATCH: Taxi drivers block Umhlanga routes
Updated | By Newswatch
There appears to be some sort of protest in Umhlanga involving taxis.
Several minibuses parked across Lighthouse Road at the intersection with the M4 on Tuesday.
They blockaded the on and off-ramps in both directions, while the road towards Umhlanga Village and Gateway has also been cut off.
The eThekwini Metro Police Department is, at this point, unavailable to provide details, but officers were on the scene.
This is a developing story.
