Bulgarian-born Andrea Emilova Ivanova has had 43 cosmetic procedures and admits that she is still no closer to finding love.
Ivanova is said to have the biggest lips in the world. She has spent around £20,000 (R450,000) enhancing her looks and is only 25 years old.
"She recently got new hyaluronic acid injections in her cheekbones in addition to her monthly hyaluronic acid injections to retain her "woman with the biggest lips' status." (News24)

"She has always been eccentric and loved different appearances. "I don't like boring, ordinary appearances, and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to change my appearance radically," says Andrea." (News24)
The woman with the "biggest lips" has admitted that even though she has had so many procedures, she is still far from finding love.
Not that physically enhanced looks equate to love, but it is definitely something many people aspire to.
