A woman in Ohio, America has been arrested for allegedly lighting her husband on fire. After an argument ensued between the couple about the use of a cellphone, the victim revealed that his wife attacked him.
The 62-year-old man told authorities that while they were arguing, his wife poured a bucket of gasoline on him and lit him on fire. The couple are from Ohio, America and the incident occurred just before midnight.
The man ran to his neighbour's house, they doused him down with a hose and tried to help with his burns as they waited for the ambulance to arrive.
The 32-year-old wife fled the house and stole a vehicle as a means of getaway. She was later found and arrested at the Ashtabula County Jail. She was being charged with assault and stolen property.
There is a huge missing link and the husband is healing in hospital, but it's clear that something isn't right here. Investigations into her mental state of mind are being looked into as well.
We are not sure what about the argument enraged her to do such a violent thing but we believe that when it comes to arguments, sometimes it's best to walk away if you feel things are getting too heated, recollect and calm down, and then return with a clear mind.
