What's a solo date? A year of solo dating transformed her confidence...
Updated | By East Coast Radio
If you cannot date yourself, then how do you expect anyone else to?
There are many ways of looking at self love, but this one has got to be the most out there...
And by 'out there', we are not shaming anyone for this, in fact, it's quite the opposite. We believe in self care and nurturing yourself comes with amazing benefits.
But what about dating yourself...
Does that sound like something you would try out?
And by no means is this solely directed to the singletons out there. This seems like a concept that would benefit both single and occupied people.
A woman who happens to be a speaking and confidence coach, shared a video this week about solo dating. Now if you are finding it hard to understand, solo dating is basically taking yourself out on a date.
Annelise has over 60,000 followers and seems like she really did benefit from solo dating. And it seems others agreed with the concept as many people commented saying they totally get solo dating, single or not.

Jessie Dierickx: "Love this! I’m married and I still take myself out on dates. Nobody can love you quite like you can love yourself."
Cheekie Lizzie: "Love this!! I hate that society leads us to believe we need other people to feel complete."
Kirtika Walia: "Been doing it for 3 years now n trust me my solitude is the reason of my happiness."
We did notice that many of the commentators were female, so we wanted to know from the males...
