Keiko is a 71-year-old woman who is just loving life and she is happy to share it with the world through her social media. She is no ordinary 71-year-old though. She shares her spunk and her positive attitude through her videos and posts.
When it comes to age, many of us grow up believing that once you reach a certain age, that's it for you in life. The aches and pains, the mental health and the physical disabilities reign in and you become consumed by the ideology of getting old.

We can't say that we agree or disagree with what other people feel about 'getting old', but we believe that you are how you feel. So if you feel good then that translates into you looking and feeling good.
Keiko has bipolar disorder and she has thanked her followers for being patient with her. She has also used her social media to highlight issues that have been affecting humanity, like the Black Lives Matter movement.

She takes on different dance challenges and makes them her own. The one thing that we can learn from this 'old but not cold' woman is that age is just a number.
You are how you feel and you can do anything you want. Sharing your passion with others can inspire them, whether that pertains to mental health issues or physical health issues. You choose your mindset, so if you choose to sit and bring a negative approach to everything, then that will show in all parts of your life.
