Get the low down on this...
There's a certain something that can be said about people who break Guinness World Records.
The amount of determination and dedication needed to break or earn a World Record is no small feat.
It also takes a certain skill set to even attempt a world record. And, as you know, sometimes the more weird and wacky it is, the more attainable.
In this case it was a second record for a young fourteen-year-old. Liberty Barros, known as the World's Most Flexible Girl, attempted a new record last week.
One that was especially created for her. What is deemed the most difficult back bend in the world, was put forth to this youthful, determined young lady.
"The Guinness World Record team created the challenge for Liberty which saw her folding backwards from a squat position to get her ribs to touch the ground. In 30 seconds, she completed 11 and a half repetitions of the incredibly difficult movement." (YouTube)

Yes, from the title of the intricate back bend, you will know that she successfully became the record holder.
Her fun-spirited nature truly makes us left in awe of her ability to move as if she were boneless.
A sight not for everyone, as it can be a bit squeamish. But certainly something that will amaze even the most non-believer of things.
