By now it's obvious that many of us have been feeling down and out due to the extreme amounts of violence and destruction that took place around KZN last week. But we have been able to pick ourselves up and we have seen many communities do the same.
Music has long been our saviour when it comes to tough times and the Drakensberg Boys Choir have always left us with chills when it comes to their union. In times of hardship, music can be the light and the leading force to inspiration and encouragement...
These boys joined in harmony to share a beautiful song with us, all within the level 4 lockdown restrictions, to inspire, motivate, and also say thank you to the many South Africans that joined in unity to bring restoration back to our province.
It hasn't been easy for many, but with hope, kindness, and support, we can rebuild and restore a sense of goodness amongst our city and our towns. We have always managed to rise up from the ashes and nothing will stop us now.
This local boys choir used social media to bring their incredible talents to us and we receive it with open arms. We all need some love right now and this definitely holds some positivity and paints a picture of hope for all of us.
