Updated | By East Coast Radio
Have you tried this trend?
Weight-loss trends have long been hits for people who want to lose weight fast. But the truth is that everything in life that is worth anything doesn't come easy.
You have to work on your body if you want to keep it healthy and fit. But we have to admit that it can be easy to fall into the trap of believing some of these online stories.
We have seen our fair share of trends come out on social media. But this one has literally blown up on TikTok and Instagram. The trend basically has seen people from different sizes, adding two spoons of coffee and half a lemon, into a mug of boiling water.
From the videos and the feedback, many of the social media users show their visual changes when it comes to their bellies. Of course, these users have all been punting this trick online, whether they have implemented other things to their lifestyle to help aid the weight loss is not mentioned.
