The general rule when dining out with friends is that each person pays for their own meal.
But there are those friendships where each friend has a turn to take the group out.
And to those friends, we say well done, because it ain't cheap eating out.
This group of friends have an interesting way to decide who pays for dinner.
And we have to say it has definitely got people's attention. As for us, we're not sure this is a fair method, but it certainly bodes well for engaging content.
The ladies all lay their smartphones out on the waitress's serving tray - and then ask the waitress to select a phone.
Depending on which phone she picks, that owner of the phone will be the lucky - or shall we say unlucky - person paying for the bill.

Many people commented saying that they loved this group of friends. Some even said that they hope to have rich friends so that this would work.
The funniest comment was one that said that if they were participating in this trend, the whole group would have to wash plates to pay for their meal.
A good reminder that not everyone is walking in your shoes... be mindful of that.
