As a barber or a hairdresser, this is the look you don't want to see in the mirror...
Getting your hair done is definitely a ceremonial affair, it is not just an act of self love and self care, but it's more than that. It is something that we associate with feeling good inside and out.
We guess that's where people have bad hair days, because when their hair doesn't look good then they don't feel good. Sounds simple to those that don't get it, but treating yourself to a good hair appointment is a must in the books of self love, and certainly in Vic Naidoo's books.

The thing about spending time grooming is that it can sometimes go sideways when you don't have the right fit when it comes to your person. You know, your hair person, your skin person... your person.
If you know... then you know and if you don't, well, we hope you learn something new today...
When we saw this video, we thought it was fitting for some when it comes to not being on the same page as your supposed 'person'. This kid certainly mastered the 'unsatisfied' look.

It seems many people were in agreement with this little boy and related with him. There is a common issue of some hairdressers not following instructions from the person in the chair, but rather doing what they think is best?
We understand that they are the professionals, but does that mean that they don't take direction from the customer? We don't think that that's right at all. You should leave that chair feeling like you can conquer anything - like the warrior you are - and not feel like wearing that cap from the back of your cupboard.
