Good skin takes a consistent regime and dedication...
Taking a break during the holidays is what you are expected to do, but that doesn't mean that you should neglect your skin routine.
We get it, it's just easier to not take off the make-up from your night out, or to just skip the toner in aid of being on time for that much needed friend catch up. But believe us when we say, one day when you're older, you will thank yourself for not skipping out on your skin.

Knowing full well that Vic Naidoo takes his skin very seriously, he wanted to share his top tips to follow during the summer holidays.
Practicing a good skin routine is the ultimate tip for anyone who yearns for healthy skin. Being consistent and staying committed will help you notice the difference. So first and foremost, start with adopting a skin care regime that suits your lifestyle.
This one is nothing but Vic's brutal honesty talking, "Don’t skip your nighttime routine no matter how drunk you are." If you are honest with yourself, you will admit that at some point or the other you were guilty of skipping that night time wash, cleanse, and moisturise.
Wearing sunblock has long been something that many people don't include in their regime. Well, you heard it from the man with the youthful skin. Get a good quality sunblock (don't go budget on this one), and include it in your day-to-day routine.
And last but definitely not least, drink as much as you can (the recommended intake is three litres a day) of water, after all it's free so don't hold back.
That's it, now go on and do you boo, take care of that beautiful and bountiful body-ody! And remember you is beautiful, you is kind, and you is amazing!
