TikTok's age filter leaves people shook with their older faces
Updated | By East Coast Radio/ Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
What would possess anyone to want to see how they would look when they are older? It's hard enough dealing with the idea of ageing...
The #AgeChallenge has been blowing up on TikTok.
TikTokers love a good challenge, but this one seems to have received a mixed reaction.
The TikTok age filter shows a person how they would look when they are older, and to be quite honest, we don't get why anyone would engage in such a thing.
It is horrendous. In an age where people are trying everything and anything to look their youngest, why would you willingly want to see yourself in 2078?
But like all trends and the growing culture of FOMO, people are curious.
And so we have seen a plethora of videos where people are trying out the age filter on themselves.
Some are pleased with their future selves, whilst others have been left in shock.
Even the beauty-obsessed Kylie Jenner took part in the challenge and was happy to share that she did not like it at all!

Check out this video, we don't think she looks bad at all, but judging from her reaction, she was doubtful.

Safe to say not everyone is pleased with the results. We did notice that some of the people look nicer than others.
And weirdly enough, the younger the person, the older they look...
But that may just be our opinion.
