This guy would breeze through the eating part of 'Fear Factor'...
Safe to say that we have heard about some crazy diets out there. It's only natural that people would want to try anything to lead healthier lifestyles.
Sometimes their motivation is losing weight, other times it's about lengthening their lifespan, whatever the motive, there is some diet out there tailor-made for your satisfaction or unsatisfaction...
And with the buzz of social media whispering into your ear the 'benefits', as seen by the many 'influencers' online, it can really be tempting to try them out. It's sort of like a an open platform for infomercials...
This guy, Pauly Long, has recently been one such person promoting the raw meat diet.
"Long has been eating raw steak for over a week, releasing his "Day 7" video on August 18, and has so far not shown any signs on TikTok that the raw meat is making him sick." (Business Insider)
Long has an array of raw foods that he has eaten and shared on his page.
Ranging from raw eggs, testicles, brains, livers, and hearts. It seems he believes in the carnivore diet and has previously told his 600,000 followers that eating raw meat is healthy.
His seven-day raw meat diet showed him downing raw meat 'neat'. Let's just say it is not for the faint-hearted and that's after watching the video.

The carnivore diet involves eating only meat and leaves.
As much as there are many influencers raving about the raw meat diet, medical experts have shared that this diet may cause elevated cholesterol levels, which may negatively effect the heart, and "increase the risk of long-term illnesses like cancer due to a lack of plant-based nutrients." (Business Insider)
A nutritionist told Business Insider: "The carnivore diet is not what I would consider a healthy diet for the majority of people. If you're going to eat meat, I don't necessarily think that's a problem, but you definitely shouldn't omit fruits, vegetables, and fibre."
