Being spontaneous can be a wonderful thing, but being too spontaneous can also cause some trouble...
Any working person has had that one moment.

That moment where you just have one thing at work that triggers you and you think: "This is it, this is where I get up, storm out, and never come back".
Luckily it might just be a fleeting thought that popped up because of an exceptionally tough day and as soon as you get home, you're super glad you didn't overreact and quit your job on the spot.

There have been many iconic quitting movie scenes that have even served as inspiration for actual people to leave their jobs.
There's Tom Cruise in 'Jerry Maguire', making sure he takes his fish as he sets out to start his own company.

And who can forget the wonderfully quirky 'Bridget Jones' making it very clear that she would rather work for one of the most dangerous men on Earth than stay a minute longer working for her terrible boss:

Although many of us dream of having a big, blow-out or giving a scathing monologue when we finally decide to quit, even if it's just for fun, to just see what it's like, it doesn't really tend to happen that way.
Sure, many people have made extravagant exits or just left in the middle of a live broadcast, but it's definitely not the norm.
Most of us have to confront our boss and HR in a civil and dignified way, when you choose to leave or if that decision has been made for you.

Today, KZN wanted to find out if Vic has ever shown up to work just to come to the realisation that it's really not the job for him, and instead of following the usual resignation steps, he just up and left?
