Sho Madjozi and Thuso Mbedu bag E! People's Choice Award nominations!
The upcoming E! People's Choice Awards have announced their nominations and South Africa is representing!
The awards revealed their list for the African Social Star of 2020 category.

And what a stellar list of talented people it is!
The list includes a huge variety of African social media stars, from all across the continent and from a wide range of industries.

Some of the nominated stars include Nigerian YouTube sensation Dimma Umeh, Lydia Forson, who is Ghana's own African Movie Acadamy Award-winning actress, and Kenyan star and comedian Elsa Majimbo.
Congratulations to all these nominees, but a super special congrats to the amazing proudly South African talent representing us internationally.

Although it comes as no surprise that Sho Madjozi is nominated after killing the game over the last year.
Other nominated South African stars include Karl Kugelmann and Wian van den Berg, who are both of TikTok fame, Emmy Award-nominee Thuso Mbedu, and the one-and-only queen, Miss Universe herself, Zozibini Tunzi.

The awards show will be broadcast in the USA on Sunday, 15 November, and you'll be able to watch it live on Monday, the 16th of November at 4pm and repeated at 9:30pm.

Voting takes place from 1 October to 23 October, with votes counting double on the 15th of October.
