If you ask most of the working class what they enjoy the most in life, you may hear that they wish they could get the money, without the work.

Not to say that we all don't enjoy what we do, but even with enjoying what you do, there are those days you just yearn for an extra day in the weekend or an extension on your holiday leave.

All without the threat of not being paid.

Well, to make you green with envy, this is what happened to one man from China.

In a video that has gone viral, we see him hold up a larger-than-life-size board that has some writing on it. According to sources, it was revealed that he in fact won a raffle.

The prize? 365 days of paid leave!

The large sign that he holds reads: "365 days of paid leave”.

"Ms Chen, an administrative employee of the unnamed company, told reporters that her employer hadn’t organized an annual meeting in three years because of the Covid-19 pandemic, so it decided to relieve employees’ stress by holding a fun raffle, in which employees could win both prizes and fun penalties." (Oddity Central)

The generous gift of 365 days of leave was added in as a surprise and really shocked the employees and the rest of China.

Of course, it is an extreme way of rewarding any employee, but certainly one that says a lot about the company.
