L'Oreal joins forces with POWA for Women's Month campaign

People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA) and L'Oreal collaborate on a campaign to raise funds for women affected by gender-based violence.
The EmpoweRED campaign features 12 female social media influencers using their voices to amplify the call to combat the terrifying increase in gender-based violence within South Africa.

The campaign also aims to promote the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Red Cream, as well as the L'Oreal Paris Rouge Signature EmpoweRED lipstick range, with a portion of these sales being donated to POWA.
POWA's chief executive officer Mary Makgaba also mentions that the resources this partnership will provide will help the organisation as it continues to create safe spaces for women, offering shelter, counselling, and ultimately empowering.

If you don't already know, POWA provides survivors of abuse and violence with training, advocacy, legal services, and psychological support.
The campaign will be running throughout August in honour of Women's Month, so make sure you support this amazing campaign.
