You rarely think that your luggage is going to come back to you damaged when you travel by air.
But social media has opened up a can of worms when it comes to the way airline staff handle luggage, and so it is not surprising when we see footage of people complaining about their bags.
One woman who complained got more than she bargained for. Matter of fact, she got more than we bargained for too.
Check out what happened when she called them to complain that her bag was severely damaged.

The TikToker is a frequent flyer, but she did not expect the airline to send her 13 suitcases.
"A Delta spokesperson told The Post that it may have taken things “a bit too far.”
“Delta people are known for going above and beyond for our customers, but we may have taken that just a bit too far,” Delta spokesperson Morgan Durrant said. “We’ve had our replacement baggage vendor get in touch with the customer to sort this out. We thank her for her business and are glad she got to choose from one of 13 bags for her replacement.” (New York Post)
