Grandmother finds love with 'Aquaman' actor Jason Momoa

Now a grandmother from San Antonio, USA, fully believes that the 'Aquaman' star has fallen in love with her.
No-one is certain how they started exchanging text messages, but the 72-year-old is completely convinced that she is talking to Momoa.

According to her, they are completely in love and tell each other that all the time.
They have even had video chats wear she claims to have seen his whole body and knows it's him.

Luckily for her, her son and the police suspect criminal activity and are investigating the situation.
Tens of thousands of US citizens claim to fall victim to these romance scams every year, mostly elderly women, starting with conversations on Facebook before moving to a "more private" platform.

In this case, he even started sending her money, which she would then have to transfer to another bank account.
The scammer made one deposit of $30,000 and another of $50,000, which will be used to "buy a new house and start a new life together".

Although she might suffer from a broken heart, the woman will not face any charges as she has not spent a single dollar.
Sadly, now the family just has to sit and wait while the police investigate, and hopefully reveal that Jason Momoa is not on the other side of that text message.
