FaceApp is the latest craze that has taken over the interwebs - and Thandolwethu has tried her hand at it!
A new day, and a new challenge to conquer - This one was easy, however!
An app called FaceApp has sent most of the world into a frenzy. I figured that something was up when my newsfeed was flooded with pictures of grey-haired and wrinkled grannies and grandpas.

It uses technology to generate realistic transformations of individuals using photos that they load on the app. The app is pretty cool. It allows users to add makeup on themselves, change their hair colour, add a beard, and even a smile.
The most noticeable feature on the app is the 'Older' feature which predicts how you will look when you get older - and it's super freaky! It has seen scores of people and celebs around the world taking on the challenge.
To some, it may come as a shock when you run your picture through this filter, but I say go on and embrace it. With time comes ageing - it's inevitable. It's time to stop hiding behind the fear of getting on with age. The older the wiser, right?

Of course, I had to try it out myself and, honey, like a fine wine, I'm only going to be getting better with age.
