With the Covid-19 pandemic still in full swing, the entertainment industry has come to a halt, with many productions having to stop work and filming.
Though there might still be some light at the end of the tunnel.

In February 2020, 'Friends' fans were finally given the news they had been hoping for 16 years, since the show came to an end in May 2004.
Matt LeBlanc, known for portraying the role of Joey Tribbianni on the sitcom, was the first castmember to confirm that a special show would be released on HBO Max in May 2020. The Coronavirus happened and put a halt on production.

This led to the production being delayed, and the release was pushed back as well. Of course, fans were disappointed, but understanding.
Now we can give you some more good news: The 'Friends' reunion will start filming in the next two weeks!

While returning to the original set, everyone involved will be tested for the Coronavirus and "quarantine" themselves after being tested, to make sure everyone is safe and guidelines are being followed.
Everyone involved in the reunion is optimistic, excited, and looking forward to getting the show on the road.
Soon, Joey will once again be asking "How you doin'?", Ross will be dropping some dinosaur knowledge, and Phoebe will be doing whatever it is Phoebe does.
