It was just this weekend that I watched the movie War Dogs starring 33-year-old actor Jonah Hill. Wow, what an epic movie!
Based on the true story of two young men, David Packouz and Efraim Diveroli, who won a $300 million contract from the Pentagon to arm America's allies in Afghanistan. Jonah stars alongside the equally talented Miles Teller.
Jonah is absolutely phenomenal in this movie, but I must be honest that when he first came onto the screen, I was blown away at how much weight he had picked up especially because the last time I saw him he was looking toned for his roles in Money Ball and 21 Jump Street.
He recently spoke to Jimmy Fallon about his weight-loss journey. He called the hunky Channing Tatum and had a conversation which is simply classic: ‘Hey, if I eat less and go to a trainer, will I get in good shape’ Channing replied, with his foul language, but basically agreed that he would.

Jonah replied: "I went to this nutritionist, and he's like, 'Write down what you eat everyday, and email me,' ... I wrote down like yogurt, salad, chicken-whatever... He didn't email back. He usually says, 'OK' or something.”
Either way, there is evidence that he is dropping weight and he is looking absolutely great. Good on you Jonah. I’m loving the new you.
