Valentine's Day traditions: What do yours look like?

While couples frantically try to make last-minute Valentine's Day plans, others have traditions that they religiously follow. However, Jane does not fall into either category.
As far as Valentine's Day is concerned, it's just another day for me. Someone at the shop asked me "What are you planning for Valentine's" to which I replied, "Isn't Valentine's Day every day?".
I'm not one to subscribe to this commercial 'making money of love' thing, I'd rather approach it that every day you should do small acts of kindness instead.

The kids, on the other hand, are very excited. They all went to school dressed in red, white, and pink with cash donations for relevant charities, and I bought them each a musical mug that plays the song 'You Are My Sunshine'. Cute, right?
Valentine's Day will be a normal beautiful day in the Thomas household. We are having my folks over for dinner, which is unusual for what you would think Valentine's Day should be for a couple. It's going to be a lovely dinner with the Thomas five and the folks.
