The accident occurred in the early hours of the morning when her car left the road and hit a pole on Margaret Mncadi Avenue (formerly Victoria Embankment).
It seems that she is well on the road to recovery - one step at a time. After being silent for so long, she has finally put a message out to her follows.
"My prospects for survival were very poor. I had multiple bad injuries and a *** damage. Satan had tried to take me down but in hospital I made a 2 weeks journey to heaven before fully being awake. My life depended on everyone’s prayers and I’m still thankful," she said.
The 'Fitness Bunnie' is here to stay, and we couldn't be happy!

Ashton Kutcher dad-shamed by Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen DeGeneres clearly has no chill, but this is why we love her for who she is, right?
She recently invited American actor Ashton Kutcher on her show, and somehow got onto the topic of his two-year-old son Dimitri, who he shares with actress Mila Kunis.

During an awkward moment, Ellen took the opportunity to shame Kutcher for always carrying his son, and for not allowing his son to walk by himself.
It seems as if Ellen really struck a nerve because Ashton got defensive about her comments, but used a bit of light-hearted comedy to soften the blow. Ouch!
He then said that he makes son Dimitri walk by himself when he's near Ellen's house, adding: "So now I take him out of the thing [hiking backpack] once we get to purview of your house, and I'm like, 'Go, go, go! Run, little sucker!"
Thankfully the two are professionals so it didn't get too intense, but there were a few nervous giggles during the moment. Awks!
