Prince Harry has opened up about Princess Diana and admits
that all he wants to do is make her proud.
Prince Harry has made the heart-breaking confession that his childhood memories of his mother are fading.
Harry was only 12 when Lady Diana was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
In an interview with People, he said: "I don't have that many memories of my childhood with my Mum.
"All I want to do is make my mother proud. That's all I've ever wanted to do.
"When she died, there was a gaping hole, not just for us but also for a huge amount of people across the world.
"If I can try to fill a very small part of that, then job done."
Today my mom celebrates her 63rd birthday and I feel so blessed to have her in my life.
Reading this makes my heart pang as I can't imagine not having memories of my mom.
I have a head and heart full of such sacred times together.
To this day I phone my mom countless times a day and see her every few days for a visit, shopping expedition, or a cappuccino. She's my best.
