Nicki Minaj's husband has been arrested... again!
Nicki Minaj's ex-con husband Kenneth Petty has been arrested in California for failing to register as a sex offender.
Nicki Minaj is in the news thanks to her husband.
According to reports from MSN Online, Kenneth Petty, Nicki's ex-con husband, has been arrested by federal authorities in California for failing to register as a sex offender.
Petty registered in New York, where he is originally from, following his release from prison. He failed to do the same in California after he moved to be with his love, Nicki Minaj, in July last year.
According to reports, he was supposed to report his current status following his 1995 attempted rape conviction, for which he served time in jail.
Petty had managed to fall under the radar until police pulled him over in November last year. He was immediately taken to jail and ordered to pay a $20,000 bond. However, Petty still failed to follow the law after the arrest, and now U.S. Marshals have got involved in arresting him for the same offence.
