Anthony Bourdain's death dominated my Instagram feed all weekend. I didn't know him but went and looked him up online and was amazed at how much people loved him for his forward and real thinking. What a shame. Another life claimed by the darkness of depression. Depression plays dirty, it works at making you feel isolated and alone. Speak out and find the light.
