“Right after I got divorced, I went to the mountains for a week by myself. I did no food, no drink — just water and tea. I took all my computers away, my phone, my everything. I have always liked this guy and must say I think how he dealt with his process is most admirable. Instead of going out partying and drinking, trying to escape the pain and situation as a whole, he faced if head first. Tea, water, notepad, and pen.
