Just a casual day for the signage snatcher...
Just when you thought you'd seen it all, this thief took to the streets to steal government property.
He clearly did not hesitate when it came to stealing a yield sign.
According to a Facebook post by eThekwini Secure recently, the incident happened on January 1 on the corner of Zinnia Road and Dunnottar Avenue in Sydenham at 7pm.

IOL shares that community watch's Domenic King, who saw the video, offered some insight. He mentions that those poles were supposed to have been inserted into the ground with cement
“These poles are expensive. They will probably sell it to someone doing CCTV’s,” Domenic said.
