WATCH: Boity confirms whether or not she's dating Anton Jeftha

But if this year has taught us anything, it's that if J.Lo and Ben Affleck can find their way back together, then anything is possible!

So, of course, as a society, we tend to become too invested in Hollywood relationships and who our faves celebs are dating. Mostly because some of us are living with the illusion that we might end up with Harry Styles or Cassper Nyovest ourselves.

One of the "are they or aren't they" couples that has had the rumour mill working overtime is Boity Thulo and Anton Jeftha.

They have been good friends for some time and the public has started to do what they do best - assume that any public figure can't have friends and they HAVE to be dating.

The speculation surrounding a possible relationship started circulating at the start of 2021 when social media was blowing up with pictures of the two looking cosy together.

From Boity's cider launch to birthday posts, our grids seemed to fill up with a lot of coupley pictures of the duo.

This very weekend fans spied with their little eyes that someone had left a cute little comment on an Instagram post Anton had captioned "her view..."

In true FBI style, they even went further and were able to detect that Boity's reflection can be seen in Anton's sunglasses!

Fans found this became even more suspicious given that the two stars were in Cape Town at the same time and it seemed like they had been hanging out a lot.

Since neither has addressed the situation or lack thereof yet, Lasizwe decided he would give the people what they wanted with his YouTube show 'Drink or Tell The Truth'.

He asked his guest, the one and only Boity, questions such as "Which female artist/rapper would you never want to work with and why?" and "So Cassper mentioned you in a song that he cheated on you, how did that really make you feel?"

But the one question that had everyone on the edge of their seats was when Lasizwe asked a bonus question: "Boitumelo Thulo, are you dating Anton Jeftha?”

Her answer?

A simple "no."

But Lasizwe was not ready to let this one go so he asked again and she once again replied that she is "forever single".

While we'll take her word on it that she isn't dating Anton, we pretty sure that Boity will one day end up with a man who is deserving and worthy.
