“About the charges against me, I was in charge of the affairs of the complainant which included dealing with her business account . . . At all the multiple times relevant to the charge sheet, I deny fraud complainants and all transactions that were performed by me were at the instructions of the complainant”- Phumzile Diko/News24
According to Phumzile, the money was transferred from Zinhle's account to hers so she could perform day-to-day duties, as per Zinhle's instructions.
Advocate Gconge read:

She was later granted R5 000 bail by the magistrate and needs to report to Randburg Police station twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Her next court appearance will be on 21 June 2022. More will be shared on this developing story when available.
