Baby, it's cold outside!
Feel the tingling cold finger tips, cold wind whipping against your body, and snow fluttering down like magical confetti. It's a dazzling day in some regions of KZN.
It's not often that a blanket of white envelops our world, but when it does happen, you know that residents around the province rush to witness this phenomenon.
The South African Weather Service had issued a warning for cold conditions for Sunday and Monday in parts of KwaZulu-Natal. This is due to the passage of an intense cold front which is expected to affect the eastern parts of the country.

As people flock to the northern regions of KZN to see the barren wilderness abundant with snowdrifts, others are hoping for the cold to go away.

Trees heavy with snow on its tips, snowflakes falling like precious diamonds from the sky, and an eery silence of stillness is part of the snow experience today.
"The fresh crisp air is utterly refreshing," says one user. "In moments like this, KZN sparkles," says another.
