A Mother's Love: Stacey and J Sbu like you have never heard them before!
The love of a mother and a child is indescribable, the connection, bond and unconditional love is something that is unmatched.
On Sunday the 9th of May as is in every year, many people around the world celebrated Mother's Day.
Celebrating the women whom birthed them or chose them to be their children. Social media was filled with declarations and love letters to moms that gave us all the feels.
It is also important to note that for some people, Mother's Day was and is not a day filled with happy tears. Mother's Day is also a triggering day for those who have lost their moms or lost their children.
For Stacey, because of work commitments and the COVID-19 pandemic she was unable to spend time with her number one fan and supporter, Mommy Norman.
My mom and I are basically joined at the hip. We speak at least 50 times a day. That woman is my life- I can cry hysterically just thinking about how much she means to me. Even right now, I have chills. It is always hard not being around her for days like this because I see all my friends and family with their moms and that stings like a lot!
Stacey gave her mom a ring to wish her Happy Mothers Day and in true Norman style, there were laughs and yes- there were tears.

If J Sbu were to describe his mom using one word, he says he would say 'warrior'.
Mama Nxumalo is a warrior and a praying one at that. J Sbu credits his mother for the man he is today, he shares the following:
This is not a dig at my dad- who is a great father but my family would not be together and as tight knit if it were not for my mother. She is the glue that binds all of us together. Always going the extra mile and effort. Ever attentive and caring and loving. I love that woman man!
