Katlego Maboe demands R4million in damages for "psychological damage"
Updated | By Stacey and J Sbu
This comes after the VERY public cheating scandal from late 2020 that he was involved in.
In December 2020, former television presenter Katlego Maboe's summer turned sour when he was accused of cheating on his partner, Monique Muller.
Since then Katlego has lost a lot of work-related deals and removed from many of the previous positions he had held.
He has since stepped out of the limelight but Netwerk24 reports that he is demanding R4million in damages from a group of people.

Maboe wants four different individuals to pay him R1million each within three weeks.
The four people from who he is demanding payment are his former partner Monique Muller, her brother, Sabrina Walters, the founder of Women for Change, and Dr Janet van Eeden, chairperson of the judges for the NFVF's Saftas.
He has asked to be reimbursed by these people for various reasons and he is claiming loss of income, psychological damage and damage to his reputation. If they do not pay him the amount he will start official damage claims against them.
The news of these claims was confirmed by Andre Johnson, Maboe's lawyer, who said that the lawyers' letter with the demands have been sent.
