From tax rebates to dad moments, J Sbu has seen it all, but rather than babble on about his lifestyle, he has decided to share some tips that hit even more closer to home.

Here are the biggest lessons that will help you thrive and survive in your 30s:
- Take care of your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
- Choose your friends wisely, surround yourself with people who add value in your life, and, please, do the same.
- Be grateful for what you have and remember that you could lose it by making the wrong decisions.

- Take risks and step out of your comfort zone. You only grow through suffering and facing challenges. As you face life's challenges, remember that discipline is on your side.
- Don't do drugs! It's NOT worth it.
- Live a life of purpose and strive to be a better version of yourself with each given day.
- Protect your time and energy as much as you would protect those you love and cherish.
- Try new things so you can learn how to be flexible to change, but its also important for your growth as a person to live new experiences as much as possible... live a little.
