Are you being cheated on? Here's how to find the evidence...
There are so many ways to find out if your partner is cheating.
We think we have the formula right, as there is substantial evidence we have gathered that shows this is the best way to approach the situation.
The best thing to do is to ask you partner directly. Forget about digging through social media and WhatsApp messages. Tell them straight.
“Instead of becoming a detective and snooping through their phone, consider talking about it,” Elisa Dombrowski, a marriage and family therapist in Orange County, California, told The Huffington Post.

Confronting your partner to their face is the best way to get a raw reaction out of them. Seeing their facial expression and unedited response will allow you to know in your heart if they have been unfaithful.
You deserve to know if your partner is unfaithful. If you have a suspicion that something is wrong in your relationship, don’t ignore the warning signs or red flags.

Ultimately, you should trust your intuition and broach the subject delicately. Don't start with accusations and anger, be civil and straightforward to resolve the matter effectively.
“Too often, we condition ourselves to ignore that tiny voice inside that says something doesn’t feel quite right,” Dombrowski added.
Trust your gut, honesty is the best policy.
Something to note as well is that timing is crucial. You’ll both need to be in the right state of mind. Don’t bring it up at 12am on a Monday, when you’re both exhausted.
Let your partner know that when you feel uneasy or have an intuition, you owe it to yourself to check it out rather than waiting for "receipts" to show up or for someone to tell you what's been going on.
