In Saturday’s episode of ‘DJ Zinhle: The Unexpected’, Mzansi was in for a big surprise when she dropped the bombshell.
Not only did she spill this tea in the very first episode of the season, but she also revealed that lobola negotiations started 6 months ago.
She states in the episode, "Bongani and his family came to my mom’s house to negotiate lobola. And we decided that it should be a small thing with just family.”

DJ Zinhle also stated that she had no intention to actually marry, but once she had a heart-to-heart with her boo, she came around.
“I’m excited to be his wife, I’m excited to try something I never would have thought would happen for me. So now I’m married and I love telling people that,” she explained.
