Customers find disturbing "HELP ME" messages on this brand's clothing labels
These TikTok videos show clothes that have hidden messages...
The huge online shopping brand that is known as SHEIN is under fire after TikToks have been circulating claiming that workers are sending secret "Help me" messages.
SHEIN is a fast-fashion giant. With this type of production, it is alleged that businesses cut corners with costs.
This leads to minimal pay for workers, long hours, and unsafe working conditions.

As seen in the video above, the "help me" messages have been written on clothing tags.
Additionally, an image of a tag that includes the phrase “need your help”, amidst the text advising customers on how to wash the garment, has been circulating on the internet.

Very little information is known about where exactly this happened, but one thing is for certain, the clothing brand is clapping back.

@shein_official Recently, several videos were posted on TikTok that contain misleading and false information about SHEIN. We want to make it very clear that we take supply chain matters seriously. Our strict Code of Conduct prohibits suppliers from using child or forced labor and we do not tolerate non-compliance.

As seen in the TikTok, SHEIN has "fact-checked" and debunked these claims.
The brand has said that it “contains misleading and false information” about the brand. .
“We want to make it very clear that we take supply chain matters seriously. Our strict Code of Conduct prohibits suppliers from using child or forced labor and we do not tolerate non-compliance."
Greenbacks reports: "So while it does seem that Shein’s factory workers are not responsible for any of these messages, as Shein claims, that does not absolve Shein of its responsibility to protect its workers. Not to mention, these messages all still most likely came from labourers in garment factories, making it clear that this issue is boundless."
