The blind and mysterious psychic called Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova - aka Baba Vanga, is renowned for her accurate predictions.

This woman, who is also called the Nostradamus of the Balkans, is credited with predicting the rise of the Islamic State, Brexit, and even the 9/11 attacks in New York.

The accurate predictions sparked Russians in 2021 to do an investigation into some of her predictions.
Despite having passed away in 1996, she made several predictions for the future, including 2022.
So what are some of these jaw-dropping predictions for 2022?
Multiple news sources have reported the following:
- An increase in catastrophes
- A lethal virus in Siberia
- Shortage of drinking water
- Locusts in India
- Loss of sense of reality

Maybe some of these predictions are ahead of their time? Baba Vanga was accurate about a number of things, but one could argue that her predictions were quite vague.
Baba also predicted Earth’s orbit will change (nobody really knows what this means) in 2023, so that’s something to look forward to if we survive 2022...
It is believed that Baba Vanga has 85% accuracy in predicting the future.
Some of them include the Chernobyl tragedy, the death of Princess Diana, the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the 2004 Thailand tsunami, and Barack Obama’s presidency.
We guess only time will tell if Baba Vanga's predictions are worth all the shock and praise...
