Pictures of a jovious 3-year-old holding a loaf of white Albany bread has been trending on social media platforms. Her innocent smile has tugged on our heartstrings.

The thought-provoking pictures captured by the local student is an accurate depiction of the lives of so many South Africans.
“I wanted to capture the essence of South Africa and its love for children, as well as showcase the products that are popular in our country. I saw an opportunity to involve Albany, a well-known bread brand, and decided to incorporate it into the shoot,” Lungisa Mjaji said.

Many South Africans believe that this photographer as well as his niece should be the face of the bread brand.
The bread company has reshared his viral TikTok. He currently awaits confirmation from the brand about a potential collaboration.
Here is a bit of information about his background and how this picture came to fruition:
TimesLive reports that the 26-year-old commercial photographer is from KwaNongidi in KwaZulu-Natal. He discovered his passion for photography at a young age and grew up he was surrounded by natural beauty and a rich cultural heritage. In his teenage years, he started experimenting with a basic camera. Subsequently, he honed his skills and started exploring the power of visual storytelling.
“I realised photography had become an integral part of who I am,” he said.

After attending Tshwane University of Technology in 2022, he started his own photography company called Innovative Photography. The picture that was taken of his niece was part of his “My Footprint” project.
“Lethukukhanya understood the assignment and willingly participated, displaying her natural talent. Together, we created images that resonate with the South African audience and capture the spirit of the child and our country,” he said.
