Jane and Paul have special new 'projects'
Updated | By ECR
Jane Linley-Thomas and psychologist and KindnessCan podcast co-host Paul Bushell
both have exciting new "projects".

As you may already know, Jane
Linley-Thomas is one of Durban’s brightest and happiest fashion enthusiasts and she has at long last put together a collection of pre-loved
fashion.
Inspired by Jane’s grandmother, Joyce – the collection is
bright, colourful and eccentric.
On the back of a personally tough 2020,
the collection is also a celebration of life, kindness, optimism,
self-care and connection.
This week in the KindnessCan podcast, Jane and Paul talk about Jane’s new fashion collection and shop, The Rejoyce Collection. Listen below.

Meanwhile, KindnessCan co-founder and Durban-based author, Paul Bushell is
releasing a new book - #raisingMINDFULkids.
A follow-up to his first
#raisingkids book, this book is a beautiful and practical toolkit with
over 80 activities to introduce mindfulness onto the ‘raising kids
journey’.
These activities are a great way of connecting, reflecting and learning how to physically and emotionally self-regulate.
This seems to be more and more important in a world that is not only constantly changing, but also filled with distractions, instant gratification, unrealistic ideas of happiness and unhealthy role models.
