'My rude manager has a fake degree, should I snitch on her?'
Updated | By Damon Beard
A KZN listener recently found out her boss is not qualified and she doesn’t know what to do.
Hey Damon
I just wanted to say I love the new show and the music and I’m hoping you and the listeners could give me some advice.
I recently found out that my new manager has a fake degree.
I only learned this because she is just two years older than me and when I mentioned her to one of my former lecturers recently he said he doesn’t remember her.
I did some digging and found out not only did she not graduate from the university but she dropped out in the first year.
What makes it worse is that she has recently been appointed and has been nothing but rude to me my colleagues without any good reason.
She was appointed to be my manager even though I’ve been here for five years and have my degree.
I want to leave this place but finding a new job with the same benefits have not been easy.
I’m really frustrated but I also know she has a sick mom who she takes care off and I wouldn’t want to feel responsible for preventing her from doing that.
But I feel like the truth must come out and what’s fair must happen.
What should I do?
Anusha, somewhere in KZN.
