Husband discovers that his wife is actually his twin

There are no words to describe how this would make me feel if I was ever faced with this situation. 

My producer received a voice note from a guy who lives in Johannesburg and listens to the show occasionally. He and his wife have been trying to have a baby, but have been unsuccessful in their attempts. 

They went to see a doctor who performed blood tests. The results came back and the doctor informed them that they’re possibly related. He did some digging and when he found out that she’s actually his biological twin, well, I nearly fell off my chair.

I’ve heard of similar things in the Zulu culture but I’ve never seen it with my own eyes, so when this voice note came in, I had to air it and see what you think.
