Will he be back? Arnold Schwarzenegger attacked in Johannesburg
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Legendary actor and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was attacked at the Sandton Convention Centre during an event this past weekend.
The video, which has been viewed thousands of times on Twitter, trended in SA this past weekend.
'The Terminator' star is in the country for the Arnold Classic Africa Festival - an annual multi-sport event held across six continents.
However, while interacting with fans in Sandton, things took a turn for the worst.
In the video, a man can be seen approaching in the background and then disappearing out of sight. The next second, you see the man executing a flying kick into the back of the movie superstar. Arnold loses his balance before security dashes in to assist him.
The ordeal seems to have not fazed Schwarzenegger, as he tweeted a light-hearted comment afterwards:
Update: A lot of you have asked, but I’m not pressing charges. I hope this was a wake-up call, and he gets his life on the right track. But I’m moving on and I’d rather focus on the thousands of great athletes I met at @ArnoldSports Africa.

He prefers that we focus our attention on the talents that South Africa has:
Do me a favor: instead of sharing the video of the guy who wants to be famous, watch some of our @ArnoldSports athletes like this young hero proving that fitness is for everyone who deserve to be famous. They’re on my Snapchat. pic.twitter.com/EuMynJ7t1n

According to reports, Arnold has confirmed that he won't be opening a case against the gentlemen who attacked him.
If you haven't seen the video, watch it below:
And if you have to share the video (I get it), pick a blurry one without whatever he was yelling so he doesn’t get the spotlight.
