The DStv Premiership has always been contested by some of the best teams in South Africa.
While pre-season heats up for some clubs, one KZN club in particular is busting its strides and continues to push well above its weight.

Lamontville Golden Arrows are the club side in KwaZulu-Natal who finished 9th on the DStv log last season and are really a team not to be underestimated.
The football team situated in Durban has already been active in the transfer market. According to idiski Times, they've brought in Hungry Lions midfielder Olwethu Ncube.
He would likely be the replacement for Pule Mmodi after he left to join Kaizer Chiefs.
During the Mandela Day beach clean-up, the East Coast Breakfast team had a brief chat with the media officer for the KZN club, Comfort Thusi.
The Premier Soccer League have released the 2023/2024 fixtures, which confirm a host of venue changes, with Kaizer Chiefs (Amakhosi) kicking off their campaign in Durban.
Sekhukhune will also get a feel of KZN faithful when Amakhosi host them at the same stadium on 27 September.

Golden Arrows will kick off their campaign in their new venue as they welcome Moroka Swallows to the Mpumalanga Stadium in Hammarsdale.
Another notable match to look out for on matchday one is the KZN derby clash between Royal AM and AmaZulu at the Harry Gwala Stadium.
