Tricks to make your heels never hurt you again
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Ladies, if your love wearing heels you need to read this...
As gorgeous as heels may be, there's more to worry about than just blisters. Heels impact our health in the long-term, damaging our nerves, muscles, knees, hips, back, and, of course, feet.
These simple and effective tips can ensure that your high-heels don't hurt you anymore...
1. The thickness of the sole
"When you wear high heels your center of gravity is redistributed, causing a lot of weight to rest on the ball of your foot.", says podiatrist Laura Gleich. Choose shoes with more cushioning in the ball of the foot - meaning you can wear them for longer.
Also, shoes with platforms at the front of the shoe will also decrease the pain your heels give you.

2. The size of the base of the heel
The wider your heel's base, the more support your body is given. Wedges are in fact the most comfortable because the entire foot is in contact with the ground, meaning your balance is better and you're less likely to go over on your ankle.

Stilettos may look nice, but they offer no support...unfortunately
3. The depth and shape of the front of the shoe
Pointy heels are pretty, but they cause your feet to swell and sweat. They cut off blood circulation, so it's important to wear shoes with a more accommodating shape, like a rounded edge.
