Updated | By East Coast Breakfast

On the morning of May 28, the Sukraj family never thought they would lose their child. Sadia was shot and killed in a botched hijacking in her home town of Shallcross. Her death sparked a nationwide outcry for help.
East Coast Radio stood in partnership with KZN, with one voice saying: 'enough is enough'. The campaign, #StandUpForSadia, encouraged KZN to wear or display orange. It was the defining colour of the gun violence prevention movement.
