Recently, one of the most recognisable faces in the world was spotted doing a bit of shopping at a local Checkers.
Trevor Noah, the former host of 'The Daily Show', was seen visiting the popular grocery chain in South Africa.

He was accompanied by his mother, Patricia Nombuyiselo Noah, who he often refers to as his “first fan”.
The two of them were seen shopping for food and drinks, and many people in the store recognised the popular comedian.
Professional photographer Keenan Constance shared a photo on social media posing alongside Trevor.

Constance only realised afterwards that it was Noah's birthday.
Days later, the official Twitter account for Checkers retweeted the snap, thanking the comedian for shopping with them.
